My diet program…
kopi diet yang dibekalkan…
ha tu kang nak tau lah dari mana iskk korang nih, let it go kejap lah weii…kita makan apa yang sihat walafiat jer. itu supplement jor.
just fyi, ai skipped all bfast, ada pun aku telan fruits, buah tu pun yang telah diadvised jer, bukan sembarang buah and x leh sekali ngap.
all goreng2 can take lah, but one slice. kopok goreng aku tu hah pun leh rasa seketul jer. ada gak aku amik fibre bread tp aku x leh nak amik camtu jer, so aku amik ngan jem strawberry, amik hok mahal lah so yang tuh takdak high sugar bonar. sugar free gitu.
makan sesikit kay…
kot nak makan roti canai ns lemak, all the carbo2 tuh boleh lah but once a week probably, pastu kena lah perah badan nih balik. remember 2 yrs ago aku penah kurus dek drastic diet, aku tak makan nasi, but ai took heavy bfast, soup during lunch n ns sekepal penumpuk at nite.
pastuh napa badan aku naik semula, coz suamiku pulang dari US and aku melantak lantak lantakkkkkkkkkkk!
now it s my new style of diet, how it goes, so far so good ai can say.
peritnya memula first few days, pastuh insyallah leh bertahan, provided dont talk bout kari ayam, masak lemak, asam podas depan aku lah kay…
so korang meh kita budget yer, pipi setompok tembam tuh ada tak kurangan isinya nanti, anw baju suit tuh sepasang ngan pant dari jakarta, baru semalam pakai. pasni simpan dok lam gobok dendiam ye baju. naik sesak napas aku pakai kau. pas 2 bulan kalo aku x leh gak pakai kau, memang nak kena hiris lah kulit aku ni gamaknya.
being a mother of 2 kids, cam mak2 lain, tolak kak ann lah dia tu very the powerful body model spore, camne dia kurus pelik tol aku hishh jeles tau orang. so aku nye badan dah membiak2 ke main lemak. kat perut specially, kat peha, hips, lengan. tu tpt2 yang lemak suka melepak lah kan.
ai live with a husband yang mementingkan penampilan wife dia lah, so kalau laki aku tak bising aku x kisah tp mulut dia nak je aku ganyang ngan cili api gak tau, ai beranakkan anak2 tu 2 orang kay, not that aku tak pernah kurus lepas beranak tp setengah taun nih agak melampau lah kenaikan badan aku. so demi laki gak lah yang dah mula memurai, aku kena la carik initiative sendiri.
kang dia carik adik manis lain kang, ha kau nak kato hapo?
tot lunch nak amik yong tau fu since bfast aku nan ado makan heavy langsung kan, tp x dak dijual plak. itu bee hoon soup adalah diwajarkan amik, RM8.50. manghaik mahalnya. aku makan nasi tak diet aku ngan segala lauk pauk plus teh tarik baru 6,7 inggit. tu bihun sup takdak air kay.
yes, ai say good bye to teh tarik too…once a week gak baru leh minum TT.
sodih tak sodih, belakang kira.
sedapnya sirman makan kan…since ai went back home very late yday, ai told fifin to cook the dinner first. dia buat camne yg aku masak jer, bagi simple tp sekali 4 lauk. kekdahnya satu lauk tu dia buat khas utk diet plan aku lah. tenggiri and sotong dia rebus and dipindangkan and dia bagi aku makan siap bertapis kuah…
n sirman suh mem kurus tp dia makan nasi lauk sesedap depan aku kan…ha veryyyyyyy the supportive kan?????????????
so cam aku cakap semalam, last meal aku makan is before 8pm, tu sume sblm maghrib dah selesai aku telan. kiwi and epal ijau sebijik je kay…jangan nak makan cam tembolok gajah pulak.
memang siksa? siksa tak siksalah….fasting pun tak leh jalan gak coz siang tak makan pastu malam ha kau mencungap2 carik nasi. actually fasting monthlah aku menggemukkan badan, family nak sahur, buka puasa lagik.
well, all in all, bagi aku 2 months at least the most yer.
ai have few options, to pay RM4k ngan diet plan yang sama gini
or tak yah bayo apa2, tp ngan diet plan yang samooooooo jugak.
or letak deposit for RM1.3k and diet plan yang sama gak…..motiviation.
nak yang mano…?
anw, u may say lah aku dah look good bla bla bla, badan dah ok segala bedah senah kan, but remember ai sleep and live with my fussy husband 🙂
n aku pun sendiri personally menyampah with my size, there s no more figure at all 🙁

compare to tupai2 dinner and kolek dinner, akak dh susut sikit…
but since this is a whole diffrent story all together, i wud again vote for rm1.3K and same diet.. kasi motivation maaaa…. 🙂

hee.. less car, more walk. nek train ke. pusing-pusing shopping at least 4jam sehari. oh… x bleh plak kan. kang gegirl n abang mencari mummy dia lak. hurm.. kurang makan je la. cont la pe yg dh buat skang.
takpun, beranak je la lg sorg. kembar pun xpe.

btw, gud luck wif ur diet puan merah. should treat puan merah wif ‘budak-budak baru berchenta’ way. jogging sesama, nek beskal ke, swimming ke, tp, anak duk tepi ye. jgn bw skali. 2 in one. semarakkan kasih sayang n kurus!

kak red u can do it,,.caiyok2!!! abaikan apa jua godaan sekeliling anda.. antara option tu, ayu pilih tak baya pape,,follow same diet..
i pun tgh berdiet gak kak.. i follow diet yang viruspadu buat dulu..say no to sweet2 food n drinks..no TT,no kueh2,no cake,.. i nk buat dlm ms 3bln..
for exercise pulak..hari2 pergi n balik kije panjat tangga umah 6 tingkat..nasib baik pindah tingkat 6 kalau melangit tingkat 12 tu kene pk 2 3 kali gak ..hehe…

dear red,
i think it’s easier to lose more weight if u start yr squash/gym/etcs training at the same time….diet alone can work…tapi amik masa la skit n takut once stop you’ll start to gain back yr weight. from my experience, the slimming programme kat beauty centre tu will only help to a certain extend. want to share something from a nutritionist…she said wahtever you do/eat to lose weight…let it be for something that u can stick to yr whole life….because it’s a lifelong process…to be healthy. on the other hand, there’s also a 3-day diet yg my mom used to follow…you hv to eat according to meal plan for 3 days and she lost 5 pounds at the end of the third day, to be repeated on weekly basis till u get the results. anyway….all the best to you…

pay RM4K??? pengsan!!
I’d rather splurge the money on shopping while walking & burn the calories that way. Like yummy mummy said, sometimes its just temporary aje – my sis-in-law spend abt S$10K kat Marie France (shhhh dont say I say coz my brother pun tak tau…hahaha!!) but after stop the programme, badan naik balik. So now she self diet like makan moderately & jogging to maintain her ideal weight.
seriously, you look good enough to me already lah! As long as you are happy & healthy!
Meh kasi I that Rm4K & I ajak you shopping 4 hari kat Orchard Road!
Ps. Sirman, senyap je you – you nak Red kurus mcm mana lagi! I think Si Gusti tu pun lebih kurang sama je!
