HCG! The secret reveals….
It was few months lama jugaklah akak tau about this Mediviron but I was damn bz here and there biarpun the clinic is just near by with KLCC.
This photo, was my first appointment with the owner, Dr Chen and my consultant Dr Jasmine. To be exact, this photo was taken, 55 days ago. Gemuk chubby, nampak benarlah beranak 3 nya kan.
So I was recommended by Dr Jasmine to try on the HCG Weight Loss Program.
So why not, let s try. But bila I amik this program, there are 100 rules I have to follow. Failed to follow the rules, i may not get the best result.
First thing first. Your food intake.
I had to take 500grams food perday. ONLY. dan semua food ini, hanya boleh dimasak sendiri. NO OIL NO BUTTER NO SUGAR. no no no nothing. Semua ni jugak, hanya dari list yang Dr Jasmine provided. No cheating day, everyday is the same amount of intake. 500 grams per day sahaja. Lots of water kena consume, it s a must. Memangpun, with this program, selang sejam memanjang dahaga sangat.
Basically, for the first and 2nd week, aku buat chicken and beef asparagus, pan dry. Pastu aku akan letak dalam tupperware, just macam anak2 kita buat bekal purees or bekal sekolah, but dalam amount yang telah aku timbang awal2nya (the raw ikan ayam beef tuh, it has to be 100grams). So sehari, I amik 2 kali sahaja. Siang dan malam, but itupun bila terasa nak makan, I am supplied with the tablet yang tak lapar whole day, so tu pasal one of the reasons I can survive. I dont have nafsu of eating benda2 yang korang makan.
Cara masak, ada I videokan dalam IG, boleh check sana. kat sini kita posting photos je lah yerk. So semuanya either bakar, pan dry or stim, or soup.
Sayur ada a few types yang boleh amik, but I amik the asparagus. Cuma dah lepas 3rd week aku dah tak larat nak kunyah asparagus tuh, dah muak hahahaha. Samo gak ngan beef, chicken. Masuk 3rd week, dah kena tukar menu lain.
Bahan untuk masak sangat mudah, hanya halia dan bawang merah. Pour a little bit of pepper and garam. sahaja. Ginger ngan bawang tomato tu buat flavours jer, untuk kunyahan hanyalah ayam or chicken ikan segala. Kalau macam ni sekali masak boleh lak pack untuk 8 – 10 bekas. So kira untuk 5 days or 7 days (if makan sekali jer per day) and simpan dalam freezer.
Macam kita buat pack up food untuk baby kita, hah cam tu lah. So tetiap hari bawak le bekas pi kerja. Gang2 kat opis pun dah immune tengok, but the smell of the food, bila panaskan kat microwave, wallah weiii, sedap sungguhhhhhh!!
Ini bukan food aku, ini 2nd round punya masak for my family. The same ingredients cuma aku tambahkan depa punya macaroni. My food pun share jugak dengan Kakak, dia bawak bekal pi sekolah. she helps me to cook (my maid dilarang masak so tak boleh usik my food punya cooking, dia hanya boleh makan jer). You all better buat sendiri cooking for your diet, jangan le suruh2 maid hangpa, kang dia letak minyak, nangis la ko! Pantang oi minyak2 sume nih.
Chicken macaroni for family not for me, tengah strict diet.
So ini bekal yang disimpan dalam deep freezer. Beef asparagus. Nak pi kerja, bawak sebekas, dan jugak sebotol tumbler green tea. Speaking of air, aku hanya minum 2 types of waters. Green tea and air suam sahaja. No sugar on my tea. Black coffee boleh telan, kalau nak jugak kena plain ler, tak bolehlah tekak aku, aku bukan RD, dia tu selamba je telan black coffee takde gula. I have to add on Stavia. gula stavia yang payau tuh. Baik tak yah lah.
So in my tekak, havent lalu anything benda memanis nih, for 3 months already.
Sebelum aku start program nih pun, aku dah tak makan nasi and sugar sebulan wor. Tapi turun sekilog jer, ya tuhan, stress betul. Sebulan tu, tak makan, satu je ko turun.

sungguh, my family makan pun akak tengok je dik. Kat sini, your mind and nafsu memang kena control, coz kalau ko tak boleh nak tepis, you fail getting your dream body back.
Speaking of buah pulak, boleh makan yang dilistdown kan pulak. I m not gonna share all of the detailslah kan, you kena work out with Dr Jasmine on this. Kang kalau semua keluar sini, korang salah baca salah paham, lain pulak yang korang applykan. Pastu bila tak kurus, lolong2 jerit napa tak sama cam Kak Red!
One of the fruits yang boleh dimakan ialah strawberries. Amik from US or Korea punya, manis. sedap. But aku stop makan on my 2nd week, coz aku rasa strawberry buat aku addicted sangat. Dah tu sodap bonar. Sekali makan aku nak makan sampai penuh perut jer, padahal kena berbatas2 le jugak makan ni kan.
The following week pulak, aku tak nak amik semua chicken udang segala tuh, aku tukarkan ke asparagus. Sahaja.
Bahan2nya. tomato, bawang merah dan jugak halia. Tomato ngan halia kakak yang potong, bawang maid aku potong. itu je lah task depa tiap kali aku cakap malam tu nak masak, tak perlu masak hari2. Seminggu sekali je. As of now lagi lah, aku masak sekali in 2 weeks je kot coz kadang2 aku makan sekali je pun. Kadang2 tak makan langsung, aku cuma makan apple merah.
Remember entry aku on epal merah?
Epal merah ni, kalau sehari korang makan 5 bijik, makan itu sahaja, tengok ler, lagi ligat turun kilog ko. But remember yek, semua ni under doctor’s supervision. Dr Jasmine ensure semuanya healthy and aku happy with my diet program. Of cos I do.
So week 3 to 4 aku amik buat just asparagus jer. Tu yang pastuh dah tak lalu tekak nak telan, hahahaha. But for 8 days of treatment, i hv lost 5kgs. Quite a lot! 8 hari jer tuh. Impresissive.
Tu yang lagi addicted and seronok.
Biarpun orang makan lalu lalang depan akak, ai is ok jer….
Determination kena kuat.
ini memang my fav, among all, ikanlah yang paling the best for me.Saba fish, a korean or Japanase one. Merata ada jual hah kat KL. 2 ekor dalam RM12.70 kalau tak silap. Sekali masak 2 ekor boleh buat untuk 8 hari punya makan. Belah potong sekali. Sama jugak ingredientsnya, takdak heh sume minyak2 tuh. Pepper bawang garam tomato halia. ya sudah.
Kakak pun dah naik terer masak ni semua. So ini bekalan. Untuk 2 weeks, coz aku dah stage makan sehari sekali jer. Kalau rasa perlu, kadang2 nak makan pun malas hahahaha…..
but gatah2 jer lah.
I have passed my Phase 1, now tengah stage Phase 2. Stage untuk maintainkan the 10kgs lost. The one that I wish and aimed pun. Mission dah accomplished.
Orang lain makan enak2, aku makan ini, aku punya pun enak jugak cuma quantitinya sangat kecil dan cukup perlu sahaja. Ramai yang survive, in fact aku antara patients Mediviron UOA yang on track. Kita memang kena perlu ikut dietary, if you failed kat situ, hah payahlah.
Dont worry, takkan rasa lapar pun. Eh akak pernah tau gatal tak nak makan sehari suntuk, tak lapar till 9pm cuma as a human kita punya nature perlu makan, on the way back home tu akak pening2. Gatal betulkan tak mau makan.
Skang dah boleh makanlah, but masih dalam quantity yang sama, ada tambah pun sikit jer, coz dah lepas the target of body lost. Cuma akak tamak, nak turunkan lagi berat nih.
Ni contoh soup daging. Tapi akak coz dok telan benda2 kering kan, so bila buat soup nih, with celery akak bukan makan daging sayurnya, akak pi hirup soup tuh. Sedapnyaaaaaaaaaaaaa lahai.
Pas dah sejuk dari panas masak, kita proses yang sama jugak, letak dalam tupperware and freezerkan.
Haritu akak travel 3 hari, so akak bawak bekas2 food makan akak, sama ikut terbang gak. with the ice pack too, masuk dalam warmer bag.
Siap, ready to go. Orang makan buffet beria, akak makan nih. hhahahahaha. I dont care lah orang punya hal, kita pentingkan hal kita, at the end of the day, you will look good, orang tau mengata jer kita gemuk.
I was on that stage before, so been there done that.
Antara biskut yang kita boleh makan, this brand. Merata ler ko carik payah nak jumpa, kat Cold Storage ado. Sapa ke nampak laki akak kat Cold Storage GE Mall tu kan, hah dia tengah carikkan akak Grisssini nih hah. Ini buat makan sebatang or 2 sehari. Sedap.
Tiap kali CS stock up, akak bungkus sampai 5 kotak!

Midst April 2014 in Jakarta
After loosing 10kgs. I can stop dah, tak yah turun2 lagi, but I am happy to continue lagi turunkan kilogs. Siap dah boleh tuck in lagi baju.
To tell the truth, walaupun turun 10kgs, sebenarnya inches aku lagi membuak2 banyak turun. Semua baju jadi besar sekarang bila pakai. Ada baju yang aku beli sewaktu sebelum aku went into HCG Program, tapi tak muat nak pakai coz gemuk lah sangat kan, so bila baru pakai masa ngah melidi ni, alamak nampak macam baju pinjam jer, besar! Dah tuh, baju baru tu, nak kena pi hantar alter baju2 yang besar nih.
There s another method of treatment under HCG but I shall let you guys get the consultation from Mediviron-UOA. Tak bolehlah semuanya kita kongsikan, the morale of the story is akak dah proven to lost drop 10kgs, to be exact sebenarnya dalam 50 hari lah.
My routine was not the same as before, most of the days akak sampai rumah hanya selepas 9.30 malam. Jarang dah balik on time. Jadi kalau akak dapat exercise or pergi gym, lagi cepat dan banyak weight akak boleh turun. But sebab balik pun dah malam, so akak sangat2 perlu menjaga makan.
On my last day of HCG Weight Loss Treatment Program, a special photo with Dr Jasmine of Mediviron UOA. As mentioned, with the strict diet (you wont be feeling hungry, there s always a secret of it), drink lots of water, no sugar no fat no oil no maknek segala, you may get your figure back.
Of cos akak tak bolehlah dapat my figure masa zaman anak dara, tu dulu 38kg, underweight sangat, but having 3 kids, close to 40 years old, I am happy with my progress. You need to aware on your food intake, jangan makan semborono, remember semua looks sedap but at the end of the day, you gain weight you cry. I have stopped taking all the nasi2, all carbo dah takde lalu dalam tekak akak. Manis2 sugar ke hapa semua tak de dah.
Everyday, timbang berat badan, make sure hari2 ada drops either in kilogs or in grams. Asal jangan naik. If naik, you need to watch out back your food intake, ganti balik dengan apa yang korang dah naikkan, contoh macam puasa. but bila buka puasa jangan le makan macam orang gila pulak, makan as per advised by Dr Jasmine. There s no such ‘cheat day’ for you when having this session. Semua hari adalah sama. If you plan to cheat, remember on the penalty 🙂 .

Kak Reddddddddd!!!!!betullah tekaan saya sblm nie….hehehehhe….best kan HcG ni?just imagine from 67/68kg to 58kg after 41+3 days… 2nd phase mmg mencabar sbb masih ada makanan yang perlu kita kawal dan blm boleh makan.but 2nd phase mmg masih blh turun lagi dan sehingga skrg saya masih amalkan apple day but saya hanya ambil green apple not the red one. congratulations Kak Red!
