ai m serious bout my diet babeh…..
muka dari air paip for 33 years..wahh wahhhh, ada yang x caya tuh hiks…
arini aku amik kangkung and daging gak. daging ni aku makan kononnya bagi zat besi skett kat badan ni ha…takut terkejut lah pulak dok ari2 makan nasi kang takde nasi dia melembik. ni aku nye resmi aku nye menu korang jangan ikut, ada yang pengsan lak kang…
alhamdulillah…..
last year aku buat drastik diet, for the first few days bila aku mula mendiet badan aku mula shaking ya hamat, pastu main badminton n squash lak tuh…so it s very bad for you. do not try macam yang aku buat tuh. kompem boleh collapse. after few days baru badan aku leh adopt, morning ada jugak terjebak makan nasi lemak tak pun roti or biskut or even milo kosong jer.
lunch aku layan soup, pelbagaikan jenis soup n no nasi at all. no tea break for me. but dinner makan buah..tp terlepas gak kadang2 makan nasi bersudu2 bila tang aku suap anak2 makan, n bila kena temankan sirman makan. but after months yes aku kurus, lemak makin hilang. lepas tu heheheheheh…naik balik badan bila aku mula bedal nasi. paling tak tahan bila pi umah mak aku lah emm, x pun bila mak aku kirim lauk, itu mmg dogaan paling hebat.
so now my menu:
morning - cup of milo
lunch - soup or sayurs plus fish or fruits specially red apple, apa2 buah pun boleh buat kunyahan kasi perut berisi n jangan sampai berlapar
dinner - soup gak or puasa malam
sementara tu jangan pi timbang badan, biarkan jer weight machine tuh berabuk. lagi ko tengok lagi ko x senang hati. give me few months….we ll see what s the result.
satu lagi modal utama - hati kena kuat wooooooooooooo! x kuat kalu, berpinggan2 nasi aku boleh tolan.
the best menu is puasa whole day, malam tidur cepat kompem kering lah badan ko hiks..

akak makan laa quacker oat tuh….pastuh makan ayam golek or panggang tuh…and air limau nipis suam kurang gula… within 2-3weeks dah nmpk changes..insyaallah…. pastuh buah2an cam biaser la kak kan……go kakkk reddd goo!!..
pasniii jadik hot sexyyy red mamaa pulak..hiks..ops..mmg dah pegang title tuh kan..hiks….

paling susah = nak kuatkan semangat tu.. ish..
Me mmg jenis susah nak displin diri. uwaa…
Tapi rasanya mmg kena diet lah.. I have 4 kids - problem pas bersalin, perut tak kempis mcm dulu
Any tips? Kalau kena buat sit up , selalu takde masa (alasan) hahaha…
Did u believe in supplement? Macam2 produk ada kat market… hmmm…

here’s some suggestion,
kak red, take several meals with a small quantity…means mkn bnyak kali, but with a small kuantiti..to increase your metabolisme….its one way of diet…

Trend permakanan zaman sekarang, makan tengah hari atau dinner tanpa nasi. Ramai yang 19zim tengok buat macam tu. Lagi satu tips yang 19zim tahu, lepas makan jilat makanan yang melekat kat jari, sebab tu sunah rasullullah dan menyebabkan proses penghadaman jadi lebih cepat.

Go kak red..diet..diet.. Nasi memang 1st enemy… saya stop nasi dah hampir 4 bulan.. tak laa 100% ,sometimes craving jugak.. bila crave amik sikit…jgn melampau…and YES..wheel power itu penting untuk diet…
I had lost almost 11 kg dlm 4 bulan nih…but still far away nak hit target..pasal size asal saya sgt bulat dan comel..
so makan masa nak reduce…
