Tragedi Pos Malaysia…

well well well…

citer Pos Malaysia yek.. Story 1.

hemm, amik napas dulu. aku amik berhari2 lah nak pikir nak cite tak nak citer tapi sebab dah berjanji nak citer, ok jom kita citer. Chronologies kena buat bagi korang paham yek:

1. Parcel was delivered via Royal Mail from UK to KLIA.

2. Parcel arrived KLIA on Tues 17th, i can see from the system  only on 18th.

3. On 19th, I got a note from Pos Malaysia, saying that parcel aku kena kastam, so aku dapat 3 options either to elect Pos Malaysia jadi agent to settle the tax with kastam, or to carik agent buatkan or sendiri datang klia buat settlement or negotiation. I chose option 1.

4. On 20th, my gf yang work in KLIA, pi borak2 ngan member dia kat kastam klia to check on my parcel, depa cakap, Pos Malaysia dah amik coz depa nak quote for the tax i donno whatever. ok fine.

5. On 21st, no news. No update at all in the system too.

6. On 22nd cuti Ahad.

7. On 23rd noon still no update in the system at all, no news from Pos Malaysia. Cut the story short, i managed to speak with the person in charge of my parcel di Pos Malaysia KLIA. this is where the drama begins… huh, kena banyak sabarlah bercakap ngan cik puan sorang tuh, very the hidung tinggi gayanya bercakap. Anw the main point aku nak tau apa status parcel aku, so she said memang kena tahan, ok kalau kena tahan berapa taxnya, senyap ajer, bukan takde no fon kat situ, or someone should state it, i called pun sebab bila dah takde news from Pos Malaysia. She claimed dia blom kira untuk harga tax lagi. so i need the figure. She needs 2 days to kira the tax. 2 days?? grrrrr! sebab katanya nak buat documentation bla bla bla…well ok ko dah simpan peram ke main lama pastu nak kira lagi 2 hari?

8. aku mintak budi bicara dia to call me bila dia dah habis kira, coz to get her line, to get nak cakap ngan dia jer, bukan senang yek, bukan sekali punya dial, either dia memang takde kat tempattttttttttttttttttttt memanjang or memang dia ngah engageeeeeeeee semedang or memang takde orang nak jawab line fon dia tuh. kalau kol 4 tepon memang lagi kem salam. She kept saying she s busy, memang takkan boleh nak tepon aku, so aku mesti keep calling her. huh!

9. On 24th, I called again, dah petang baru dapat news from her, satu hari carik dia kay. so she said, my tax will be almost RM200. well ok, so apa aku nak buat plak pastuh, i asked on the procedure. She said, oh tunggulah barang ada kat kastam. astaga dingdong betul pala aku dibuatnya, ok mbe awal2 dia pegang pastuh dah dpt clearance tax dia anto balik ke kastam. pening pala aku lah. at that time aku dah give up. so whatever is coming, i ll just wait.

10. On 25th i didnt checked anything, tak kuasa dah. Tried tepon cik puan di pos malaysia klia memang tak pernah nak dapat, dapat pun cakap ngan kelig dia, i explained the situation, she was like ‘hemmm, ok u hold je lah line, tunggu saya carik dia’ dah macam malas nak dig file reference aku. dia pun pening gamaknya bila aku dok citer jap kat pos msia jap kat kastam barang aku tuh.

11. On 26th dah ada update dalam system Pos Malaysia, it looks like the parcel has been delivered di Pos office location A. so anytime, should arrive to my fren’s place lah (parcel was sent to my fren’s house).  So aku expect patut dapat surat untuk tax jugaklah kan dah tentu aku ada kena tax yek. together with the parcel jugaklah. but no nothing at all on that day.

12. On 26th same day but at nite, after tarawikh, my gf said, the parcel dah sampai. hahahahha ni lah yang paling tragedinya. The parcel was sent during the tarawikh time, noone at home, and posmen letak atas pagar batu rumah member aku, just like that. Imagine, for the exp parcel dari UK, yang patut dibayar tax, POSMEN TU LETAK ATAS PAGAR BATU RUMAH SAHAJA, AT NITE.

13. aku tak tau pulak posmen keje memalam. but anw, dekat kertas box tuh, ada document tax yang patut aku bayar, but for the recepient’s note, dah ada orang carik. wah posmen carik kertas tu and initial sign sendiri ke? bih tuh duit ko tak amik? duit tax tu kan kena bayar?

14. On 27 the Friday morning, my gf is coming over to see me to pass the parcel. while odw tu, she received a call from Kastam KLIA. ni lagi satu round of funny story. Encik Kastam was telling my gf that the parcel will be sending out anytime soon via Pos Malaysia and my gf needs to expect to get a letter note from Pos Malaysia for the tax document, either to collect the parcel at the nearest Pos office etcs.

15. Let me recall korang balik yek, the parcel has actually delivered to my gf’s atas pagar rumah a nite before. but awat kastam tepon on the next day saying parcel is sending out on Friday. nampak tak ketidaksynchronization  between kastam – pos msia – posmen ngan citer aku nih?

16. My gf didnt tell the kastam lah yang parcel tu dah dapat a nite before wpun diletak di atas pagar rumah nya di waktu malam. coz dia pun macam terkedu. jangankan dia, bila dia cakap kat aku, aku macam melopong.

Conclusion:

1. 9 days services from KLIA to deliver to recipient’s hand, satu cerita.

2. bila parcel tu diletak di atas pagar rumahnya di waktu malam Jumaat, unattended? kalau mat ganja lalu, or mana2 manusialah kan yang lalu, and sebat that parcel, sapa nak jawab? Posmen?

3. Barang dah selamat dapat, i should drop the case. I am. but i can be very naughty by lodging a report that parcel mana weih tak sampai2 lagik? ater dah posmen letak atas pagar rumah je kan, ye dok?

Story 2.

My fren from Sarawak sent a parcel to me, not the first time, dah bertime2 pun dia hantar parcel kat rumah aku. She sent via Pos Laju, week later, she got the parcel back. Reason “lokasi recipient tidak ditemui’. simple just like that. Well ok, aku pernah hantar parcel to hujung ulu Sabah Sarawak, which posmen kena naik sampan hantar parcel aku tuh via Pos Laju, sampai selamat walafiat. Dan inilah kali pertama aku dengar kisah posmen tak jumpa rumah aku yang tinggi gah di kuala lumpur, Bandar Sri Permaisuri Cheras.

My mobile number is there, noone called me pun from Pos Malaysia asking for my address, kenapa tak dapat jumpa lokasi rumah. I mean come onlah dari ko hantar pulang balik parcel to Sarawak semula, kesian jer dah kawan aku rugi bayar duit pos laju. n she was so pissed off with Pos Malaysia, the address is all correct, at least courtesy lah sket kan tepon tanya kenapa tak dapat carik ke hapa. anw logically pun rumah aku bukannya teruk sangat sampai tak leh jumpa. marah penduduk tetap di Bandar Sri Permaisuri kay bila posmen claimed rumah VA aku tak ditemui lokasinya.

ada lagi 2,3 stories aku dapat from my frens bour their horror experience with Pos Malaysia, but let s settle with 2 stories je lah.

Anw, tak semua service dan posmen dan management Pos Malaysia ni bermasalah, ada yang bermasalah macam ni lah yang buat kita pening kepala. So to Pos Malaysia, i wish you all the best, pls do not hurt me anymore. anw, moving forward aku dah tak pakai Pos Laju, 2 parcels earlier, kami hantar gunakan service provider lain. Serik ko…..
