Kulit cantik, perut kempis :)

After years not doing any treatment to my face, I got this special task, a facial treatment yey. Something I m so looking forward. Aku datang dengan muka kosong, adalah sikit light make up tapi memang takde intention pun nak basuh muka kaw2, coz memang reason to visit Cres is for them to do a facial treatment to me.

The salon looks so stylo, extravaganza classic,  located in the top floor of The Gardens. Served with chinese tea in a small cup, the staff are so kind to wait for me and slot the nite just for me, They even shut down the  shop a bit later then usual, just to make sure takde treatment yang tergesa-gesa when they treat me.

I have the Oasis Glow Treatment, in which during the session, they use and apply:

1. Cleansing milk to remove my make up
2. Seaweed Gel Cleansing to double cleanse
3. Soothing and Hydrating Toner to soothing and contain 14 types of plant extract
4. Bio Renewal Mask a pineapple enzyme to remove dead cell and the blackhead
5. Scalp massage
6. Cold steamer face with cotton contain special desincrustiation to soften skin and easy to extract
7. Oasis gel to keep skin hydrating, soothing
8. Shoulder massage and face massage using the aroma oil
9. Super hydrating mask and they leave it on my face for 20min to keep skin hydrating
10. Soothing and hydrating mist
11. Oasis Gel
12. Sunblock 30

If you notice, banyak betul hydrating and soothing issue dalam treatment yang aku dapat, that s bcoz skin kulit aku sangat dry. Mau taknya dok dalam aircond je berbelas jam sehari, camne lah muka tak dry. But my blackhead tak banyak, boleh je dia cabut tanpa masalah pun tapi bila dia tengok muka Sirman, haiyooooooyooo, I really need to make an appointment for him. Blackhead Sirman boleh buat timbang kati ke main banyak.

So to the guys reading this entry, Cres is not only for women but also for men. Gelak je specialist tuh tengok muka Sirman yang penuh ngan blackhead hahahhhaha.

Waktu ditinggalkan sendirian dalam bilik nih, dengan bau aromaterapinya with its nice song playing, for 20min aku tertidur lena. Betul2 baik punya tidur. Orang yang betul2 letih, kalau masuk bilik ni memang boleh tidur berjam2 wor…best gila aku rasa masa tuh. Nikmat tidur yang sudah lama kurang aku nikmati. Sket je lagi Sirman nak membontoti ku dibilik ni to check apa ke bininya nak tidur sampai esok ke gamaknya, ke main sedap lagi lena…

That nite, I went back home, huh, tak bukak blog, tak bukak pc, terus kong! Carik katil dulu…menyambung the facial treatment nya mood di rumah sendiri. I know at least for once a month pun kita patutnya buat facial tapi tulah, alasan ku yang basi, busy and takdak masa tu yang tak boleh pakai. But once dapat buat pheweeee!

The next day, I visit the Cres again, to continue my next treatment, a body treatment. Argh! Tang body ni yang sogan sket, I dont have the figure already, specially after having 2 kids.

Just register at the counter, their specialist will bring you to your room, boleh je simpan handbag dalam locker and tenangkan fikiran, tak yah nak pikir masalah apa2, just let them treat you like a princess. kononnya gitulah kan.

The first treatment is called Electrolypolysis, untuk buang fat. So macam wayar atas tuh, dia pasang kat seluruh badan kita, and aku tidur jer bila dia buat nih. Let them do the work, tapi masa gegaran tu datang, terkejut gak ko dibuatnya but only for a while, later jap tuh dah immune and tak terasa pun gigitan semut manjanya tu yek

The E-plus

It takes 30min to do this treatment, so overall, dari lengan, perut and peha memang kita dipenuhi wayar biru yang attach to the machine, tak sakit pun, gegaran tuh nak buang lemak dalam badan kita. Of course lah by doing 1 treatment memanglah kita nya lemak takkan pecah 100%, you need to do it frequently, so tu pasal ada special package for those yang makan ke main banyak specially during the Syawal month. Bulan puasa badan cantik je kan, tapi naik raya, ha bagai dipam2, habis tu rendang ketupat sumer nak ditelan….

Next, my 2 legs were wrapped with 2 plastics, kemudian dimasukkan benda silver nih, apa ke nama scientific ni yek, then attach dengan machine untuk buang air yang berlemak2 berkumpul di kaki specially kat peha kita. Wah treatment nih memang first class tak pernah lagi aku try kat mana2, tak sangka betul merasa gak diberi peluang. At this hour, aku dah memang sambung tidur and betul2 rehat lah sesaja.

Like I said earlier, in Cres you dont have to do a single thing, just be prepared to be treated like Datin Yang Berhormat, memang syok tol the feeling tuh. You got the feeling, you gonna gain your ideal weight again. Macam ni lah senang cakap, ko pi tempat yang ko rasa ko judge mahal giler, tapi bila ko tengok pakejnya sangat reasonable and VALUE for money!

Love the bath tub, tak berpeluang untuk mencuba kerna saya perlu ke tugasan selanjutnya. Maybe next time…
