Marie France Bodyline – 4th Treatment

Hello, my super efficient Amelia Tan. uniquenya kat Marie France Bodyline ni kan you, diorang tak boleeh pakai jam tangan coz banyak nak buat keje takut terkena lah pulak jam tangan kat customers ke, lagipun nak buat massage2 bagai kan. so MFB provides them this kind of watch. so they use the watch to keep track on the customers nya timing, say for 30min, ha after 30min nanti depa mai lah datang.

my 4th treatment is called Vs3. after a long break, like almost a week tak mai MFB due to my red flag, so aku betul2 excited nak sambung class menyelim perut. oh best best…very the looking forward. in fact untuk minggu ni jer aku balun nak buat hari2.

i like today’s session coz it s not too long, tapi wpun sekejap, all 60 minutes tu memang aku kaw2 paku with sleeping…minus pluslah. for the first step, hangpa tau aloevera tuh, ha dari situ nya dia spray, sejuk2 perut eden and pakai machine yang ada infra red. punya suction kat perut, macam kena cubit. but only for a while bila dah warm, yang cubit tu pun aku tak herankan langsung coz wa dah lalok ketiduran.

so bayangkan ko kena cubit, tapi cubitan tu tak dipiat, gitulah machine tuh, best aa…nak lagi nak lagi, leh tidur lena ahahhahahaha! syok!

waa coklatttttttttt!! jangan harap dapat makan, coklat moose ni utk tempek kat perut yek. lepas dah sapu rata kat perut, Amelia wrapped me wt the plastic, but bukan ikat ketat just to cover the top supaya tak kena kat tangan aku yang kadang2 sambil tidur pun tangan ni berjalan.

She left me for 40min, tutup lampu, amik gambo aku yang sedang tidur…and quietly leave me alone untuk mimpi yang indah. tak sempat mimpi pun kak. tulah antara salah satu sebab aku suka pi Marie France Bodyline bukan ajer boleh ditatang untuk treatment mengecilkan inci pinggang, tapi ini je satu2 nya masa aku dapat berehat dari segala technical kerja baik di klcc or di rumah.

just nice, after 40min Amelia came and bersihkan coklat2 kat badan aku tuh. memang ko rasa nak makan je coklat tu tapi ado yang masuk spital kang….

aku rasa kan, aku lebih suker buat treatment yang short gini, 1 hour or kurang dari satu jam, but buat setiap hari. lagi best kalo buat satu jam penuh tanpa bangun ahahhaha, leh je tido lama sket. eh penting woo. but jangan lupa yek, yang paling best dan famous di Marie France Bodyline is their ginger tea. tiap kali datang, 2 cups gak aku balun. dap dap 🙂 but bestlah choc moose tuh letak kat perut, nak suh depa buat lagik lah….but for my case, every treatment will not be the same.

Marie France Bodyline – 3rd Treatment

Hellu Mariessssssssssss!

bukak2 entry terus nampak kaki ai. sib baik kaki, kalo serombong abang aku letak ha lagi bunyik hangpa yeh. New week for my 3rd Treatment with Marie France Bodyline. I havent gotten my red flag yes, so aku sambung buat treatment, last Friday aku x bisa attend coz i had to be in Penang.

For the 3rd treatment nih banyak bermain dengan machine. before we start everything, specially sblm Amelia turn on the machine, semua hp and camera aku kena off kan. This is what we name it Els 2.

letak saluran eletrik dari perut ke kaki, takkan aku nak bagi gambo dari perut plak yek, berpada2 lah, so aku melingkarlah badan penuh wayar2 electric nih yek. ada vibration mode. macam ko kena tangkap ngan letrik ha gitu. selgi ko boleh tahan, selagi tu dia akan increase the vibration limit, but do not force yourself ala2 berlagak boleh control. make it as medium for your body lah…This process takes around 30min.

Macam aku cakap arituh gak, pantang lepa je letak atas katil terus aku tidur. ni je masa yang sesuai utk aku rehatkan pala, dahlah a nite before tak cukup tidur. ok ni bukan malam semalam jer, tetiap malam pun aku tak cukup tidur pun.

my camera memang dipegang dek Amelia, so she knows her additional task already, to snap pictures for me. Tu mak merah ngah tidur mati giler. hah pas dah pakai all the wires, our body is wrapped with d blanket and tidurlah ko sampai 30min. tp aku rasa macam aku tidur lebih setengah jam jer…

next treatment is called TLT Treatment for 20min pulak.

berpindah bilik and dipakaikannya aku ngan cold gel, mak sejukkkkkkkk! and dibungkus dengan gaya gini. It covers your lengan, sampai ke peha, perut tu pun sama yek. remember hek, their target is more on my tummy part. waktu ni 20min aku dah kematu eii…bukan apa ko, hp aku dok berdering2 plak. tak bolehlah mak ko lambat sket, ada lah budak 2 orang tu jap jap menalipon.

For the next treatment is called LST 3, it s like ultra sound takes around 1 stngah jam jugak. if u used to be a pregnant mom, mesti ingat gel yang diletak di perut kan, so they did the ultrasound there for half an hour. sejukkkkk gak! and dari u/sound tu datang bunyik nyit nyit nyit kat telinga ko but only for a while coz lepas tu aku macam dah tak eran, nak tidur pun gak betah, and i read the Glam’s magazine.

In Marie France Bodyline, diorg tak kedekut invest beli majalah2 yang trendy uptodate. takdelah ko baca majalah 18 taun dulu. so aku abihkan masa ngan baca Glam, Eh and Female….do you know at the age of 15 years old si Fazura dah mula pakai Chanel. perkhhh!

after done wt the ultra sound, they clean up your body and apply the mask pulak…dok dendiam bacalah ko majalah. see the button lam gambo atas tu. setiap bilik di Marie France ada button nih, it is used to call the assistants of Marie France Bodyline to get to you. But ada gak 2 kali aku tekan, tak gak orangnya datang, apparently, someone will get to you if they are free. kalau diorang ngah entertain client lain, ha tunggu lah ko yek kat situ. actually it was my fault, aku kena tekan lamaaaaaaaaaaaaa ha baru orang datang. kalo tekan sesaat memanglah takde sapa dengo.

Marie France Bodyline – 2nd Treatment

Get ready girls and boys for my 2nd treatment wt Marie France Bodyline??!! come oleoleoleeeeee!! jangan tekejut ni acik nak tunjuk my real body weight water fat bagai huhuuuuuuu!

boleh spot this clearly tak? my whole body weight is now 51.9. but look at the body water, phewww, belum lagi tengok my fat mass. berat lemak sungguh. i set my mind very clearly, that i will follow the advise by the nutritionist sebab harituh Miss Jo was not able to join the briefing….

and after dia tengok my dietary program, memang geleng pala. hahahahah! eh jangan nak kata aku ek, korang pun sama kay.

i got d empty form, apa saja yg aku wallop telan nak kena diisi dalam form nih. dia tak kira wpun seketul gegula yang masuk kat badan aku, she wants me to key in that. so nak tipu dapat apa? baiklah tulis je dengan rela. like for morning, black coffee in 1 big tumbler aku bawak bekal, ha tu mmg nak kena reduce lah pas nih. slowly yek.

this is my ideal weight and the fat control yang aku kena dapatkan. not during the 1 month session nih lah, but i need to keep on following the dietary program yang Marie France Bodyline guidedkan.  so after half n hour with Ms Jo, moved on to the next steps.

the treatment for this entry is called Bellt. memang spellingnya cenggitu yek. sebab kita nak concentrate kat tummy part, so May the assistant sapu the not so hot creme to my tummy, for 20 min lah jugak dia massage perut aku. bersambung di kaki jugak. then she terus taruk mask on the tummy part. cover my body with the blanket.

she then wrapped me with this warm blanket, this process takes bout 20min. then she left and tutup lampu. in few minutes aku tertidur. orang dapat tumpang rehat, memang senang je lah terlelap weih mata aku nih. i think dapat pergi Marie France nih macam bagi aku rehat pun ye lah jugak.  wpun tidurku tak sampai pun 15min but still tido yang sekejap tu pun banyak nikmatnya.

for this warm blanket, dalam badan kita tu mmglah ada rasa warm tapi x panas langsung yang sampai ko nak melompat suh bukak the blanket.

later after that, aku pi mandi coz tadi ada mask kat perut n peha kan…masuk balik to the treatment room, and she wrapped me with the bandage and the plastic wrapper.

macam gambo nih, seluruh badan yer. but for blogging purposes, aku kenalah pakai kimon0 on top of it so at least u nampak the bandage and the wrapping tu terletak je kat badan. she served me wt 2 cups of ginger tea coz idung aku ni kan jap2 mengada2, tetiba nak terbersin plak.  ginger tea is good, it s home made by Marie France Bodyline, i love it so much. biasanya dulu masa dalam pantang beranak aku minum air2 halia gini. then waited for 20min, dok je kat kerusi rehat lam bilik tu sambil baca2 majalah.

it s all done.

all process should take you at about 1 1/2 jam but sebab aku ada meeting ngan nutritionist, i spent here for like 3 hours jugak. debak debuk tuko baju bagai cabut my inner body gear, mandi beria macam mandi wajiblah pulak, alangkan aku x bwk shampoo je mau aku bermandian lagi lama.

Marie France Bodyline – 1st Treatment!

halluu!! for 3 weeks korang akan sama2 kepit dengan RM untuk perjalanan badannya menjadi a bit slimmer specially on the tummy part. remember arituh aku tanya pasal contest project apakah yakni hanya seorang sahaja yang betul. wpun ada ramai yang jawab project body slimming but seorang sahaja yang betul menjawab dengan the exact answer, The RM’s slimming project with Marie France Bodyline.

So i m going to spend my 3 weeks with Marie France KLCC and u gonna get to see the result immediately, via RM gak. I m not gonna lie to you, i m overweight, specially for my height memang size badan tidak sesuai. dengan keadaan sudah beranak 2, and kali terakhir beranak pun sudah menjangkau hampir 6 tahun. makanya Marie France comes to rescue me. Of cos by the help of Nuffnang.

My weight is 53kgs, waaa so fatttttt!! i m still on diet, tapi hakak hadik, akak merah korang nih salah diet lor. my dietary is not good to be followed, kedaung. so sesambil nanti aku akan bagi tips sama on the diet program yang lebih healthy.  so after checking my weight and body measurement wt the Center Manager, Ms Cheryl and the Head Therapist, Ms Julianna, it s time to do my first treatment.

With Marie France Bodyline, i dont have to be naked at all, pakai white body suit ala2 socks. sedappppppp!! ada jual kat luar tak, bestlah pakai nih.  mak berani tunjuk for the side kaki je lah yang…takkan nak tunjuk satu body plak, see through tuh 🙂

the first treatment is called AHCT techniques on Collagen. sebab kita ada 3weeks plus so the hardest part yang kita nak concentrate **with my request too** is on the tummy part. Advance Hi-Constructive Therapy is exclusively untuk dirollingkan di seluruh badan kita. dari tangan badan belakang, kaki, bahagian depan perut semuanya menggunakan AHCT. pakai nih kalau memula rasa geli sket, kalau sakit jangan bertahan, should inform your specialist lah. roll in roll up and roll out to your whole body.

seronoknya kan kat Marie France bodyline ni, i m handled by Amelia. pastuh dengan dim light, with the AHCT’s treatment, memang mata lalok sungguhlah. udahlah that day aku hanya tidur 4 jam ajer, so sket je lagik nak tidur. luckily i have frens  Michelle and Rachel from Nuffnang to accompany me too. ngah orang sibuk buat treatment, depa pun sama seronok sakan tengok.

Well….i dont feel weak and tired after the treatment, nanti kita tengok apa pulak my 2nd treatment by this week too. It s going to be a fresh entry for me having my pecahan lemak di perut, dengan diet yang healthy jugak.
