aku ada PS job in AH and also in Tod’s but for Tod’s aku x nak masuk butiknya coz i saw my keligs berkeliaran kat luar Tod’s nih kang depa ingat aku ni orang kaya gilerrrrrrrrrrr lak nak membeli. padahal, i have to go and check on something for my reader.

so i only managed to snap photos from the outside, but ada banyak lagi gambo aku dapat snap, have forwarded to my particular reader. i think she wants to buy from London or ebay but she wants to see the real photo from my camera fon.

btw 2,3 hari nih penuh betul aku buat PS job for MAC, Clinique, SK-II back to back. in fact today pun kena pi menadah muka lagi beli barang MAC for my readers. but lately ni ada soalan dok tanya camne nak mintak aku buatkan PS nih. aisay sonang je yang…

Should try Sushi…

me and my fren are so much on diet mood, so rasa macam nak try sushi plak. i think if i m not mistaken (havent asked my nutritionist yet) but this kind of food is good and healthy too for our dietary program. i love Sushi too, cuma sebab Sirman tak berapa suka nak makan, so aku pun x de sangatlah coz no gang gang lor. so dat s y we feel like to opt our food with something diff, so i guess we should try Sushi.

the price for the 1 packet of Sushi (small 16pcs) is around RM9 gitu.but itu bukan untuk sorang nya makanlah, we will share the packet. n bcos we dont really like to eat in our office, mbe jalan kedek2 pi naik food court, get some drinkds and eat it. hahahahaha sounds so not RM.

Yday i had a suku of nasi lemak as bfast. my fren bought for me,  lagi 3 suku tuh aku bagi si hensem yet dia pun ada nasi lemak bought from downstairs. i skipped lunch but to accompany Diva Darling, i ate 3 pcs of cekodok and teh tarik. n coz i dont go for my MFB, i quickly took my suku nasi for dinner. lapik perut mar..last heavy meal was during breakfast jer.

So i guess the Sushi should help me a lot, lagipun ada gang yang sama nak membuang lemak. so can do lor kan…

masyallah! tido lam keter ke hapa mamat nih! my brother just moved to a new house, so si mamat nih tak getilah nak kemas2 kan lagi barang2nya dari dalam keter to the new unit. deii!! but so kay,  let s go to tasikkkkkkkk permaisuriii!!

IMG21660 ramai giler orang kat tasik permaisuri bila weekend woii…dalam bonet aku memang sentiasa ada badminton set coz abang anakku tu kan memang have a training session on every sat. but we just have 3 batang badminton jer. 2 for kids, 1 for adult. usually memang 3 orang tu je yang main, while abang is doing his training, gegirl and sirman will play along. me dont want to follow, paneh aaa kat dewan abang tuh.

we brought baby Khyre along (my sis’s son) coz his parents kena kerja lak di hari2 minggu gitu. n this boy is soooooo attached with abang. pantang abang ilang dari mata dia laju je dia ngekor.  abang pulak memang pencinta budak and sangat sayangkan adiknya nih so memang sesuailah depa the boys ni kulu kilir.

in between of the games, either Sirman and Gegirl vs Ginga or Sirman and Abang vs Ginga. but aku rasa macam Gegirl yang lagi banyak main than abangnya. abang tepu leka dok kena layan si Khyre. the small boy is so bored, ater dah sumer orang main badminton, takkan dia nak dok diam jer macam makcik merahnya. tu  yang abang pun kena buat walking to the playground for Khyre.

n mestilah aku kena ngekor depa, takkan nak biarkan depa berdua je kat playground, coz the team of badminton ni main kat ujung side of the p/ground.

so abang being abang, peganglah tangan adik khyrenya and bawak jalan2 lam playground. masalahnya Abang tu dah rasa dia big boy and he s not really in d mood sangat nak main2 kat tpt gini. member is macho boy kononnya….but coz of the little bro, he ikutkan je lah rentak.IMG21680

sampai masuk gelungsur pun kena dia ikut sama pegangkan budak kecik tuh…hahahaha dalam bengang2 pun abang buat gak…

kat jambatan gantung ni ada drama sket. abang asked my permision nak jalan nih wt khyre. so ok aku tunggu kat ujung jalan, but sampai sudah x patah2 balik. berlarilah aku lalu gak ke jambatan gantung nih but tak abih aku carik tak jumpa gak. naik dah derau darah merah aku. ah sudah mana pulak anak2 aku nih. rerupanya depa dah sakan pi join the club of badminton. haru tollah.

yang satu lagi kelakarnya bila abang nak panjat jaring, so dia rimas le si little boy dok ngekor je dia pergi. then dia bagi trick, suh khyre pi kat aku, yet dia pi panjat…budak kecik tu ingat abangnya ikut sama, pusing belakang tengok abang dah ke main laju panjat the net, wahahhaha membebel2 si kecik nih

so that was then bila semua orang sibuk main sana sini, sirman paksa aku main badminton. haisay….luckily i still have the skill but at the end for 4 days tangan kanan aku lebam and sakit wooo….bolehlah kalau nak main lagi, tapi penangannya siaplah nanti lebam2 lagi tangan kot…

as always sirman would say…

alah sket je lebam tu, jauh dari perut!

we end by having our dinner, kat satu tpt yang aku tak nak sebut nama coz aku menyampah tol ngan service kat situ, abang yang sungguh2 nak makan kat situ lgpun dia baru baik demam kan…so itulah tpt yang dia nak tuju sangat makan. oh masa main badminton nih, gegirl so jeles bapaknya main ngan mak nya gitu, so dia pun sibuk nak main sama. but masa tu dah nak maghrib, she nak jugak main sampai mata penamat macam makpaknya main, aku main for 11 points lah gitu.

dah sah2lah asal main ngan bapaknya mestilah bapaknya je menang kan, iskk, ko sirman bagilah cepat budak tu menang, cepat abih cepat balik. aku dah pasak2 dah kat telinga sirman bebuatlah  tak sampai ke salah pukul ke hapa…so pas dah kena bebel, akhirnya gegirl menang gak.

suker gilerrrr dia. padahal dia tak tau itu adalah rancangan semata2 nak bagi dia seronok menang and cepat kitorg dapat balik…

sebulan sekali 2 lepak tasik bolehlah, kalau tetiap minggu aisay…boring aa.

VS and CD Dolce Vita…

bila letak satu gambo set kotak perfume nih, macam 5 tahun dulu gak. ginilah entry aku, letak satu gambo, kuor cite, jadi satu entry. kadang2 satu gambo pung sampai 4,5 ribu patah perkataan aku bebelkan.  terkenang2 lagik dulu satu entry hidup, tahan sebulan.

apapun, kudengar2 stock VS kat KLIA dah makin mengecut. hah sakan ye orang beli boronglah tuh. aku dah bukak my 3rd box of VS, which i bought from Spore last year. 3rd box yek…satu perfume tuh not the miniature size aku leh sakan pakai utk 2-3 days. mak makan perfume dik, sodappppppp!!

but currenly i m now using the Dolce Vita from CD , a highly recommended perfume to all of you. just utk mengrecall kan korang…

on 2008, aku ada beli the miniature set of CD, so dalam tuh ada Dolce Vita , on the day aku pakai tuh, in the lift, ada one chinese man tegur ‘ i love your smell, i love your perfume’ perkhh mak terus selongkar keter carik apa perfume aku pakai paginya tuh ek.

months later, i got the 200ml size of Dolce Vita, from Abang Fesyen, a  gift from him! bila stock tuh dah abih, aku x beli lagik kat kl, coz the harganya CD Dolce Viat tuh memang pricey. so when i was in spore last year, beli borong siap sekali ngan Poison aku sebat!

love the smell so much. memang my fav perfume after/before VS gak.

Marie France Bodyline – 5th treatment

it was so funny…when my fren and i dok diet giler2….pusing satu food court pikir nak makan apa. she came wt 1 red tray, hamik! ayam, daging gulai sambal belacan, telur masin + teh tarik! whohoooo…mana ke diet ko.

tu diet aku lah kak, nasi aku separuh je tu kak

**that s not my lunch yer, itu my fren punya….1 eg is she s dieting but she cut her nasi a bit, kalo dulu memang banyak. so pls do it slowly, not emotionally.

so well, today my treatment is called BTP. aku kena cabut semua accessories if ada pakai, hp pun kena off kan. tu pasal hangpa nampak kat belakang aku ada paper note coz i cant use my berry to key in the data on the treatment. ewah hangpa ingat cek leh hapal ke nama2 treatment kat sini, semua kena tulis so that korang leh refer apa yang korang nak terasa pakai from my entry.

ingat aku tak tau sorang2 buat reference kah…

for this session aku tido very the light, coz Amelia pakai the scrub, cover padding on my left leg. taruk bio creme and memagnlah rasa warm. ada machine attached sama kat perut. machine tu yang penyebab aku x leh on kan camera or etcs…so dah abih pakai machien tu yang baru leh jimba sama dengan camera.

this takes bout 30min.

but after she pakaikan the power glove, mak aik. geli geleman sampai aku rasa x leh tido aa. geli ala2 sakit tak lah sakit tapi macam memang ko x leh tido. so aku baca majalah….

if yday was the choc moose scrub, today pakai orange lah pulak yek…she let the mask on my tummy for 20min…oh yes aku boleh lena woo. coz tadi pakai glove tuh dah memang agak perit, but the mask nih for whitening kan perut. maknya merah ni kan ada jugak selulit ye yang oi. katanya beranak 2.

dulu masa ngandung baik punya aku garuk bila gatal perut nih. hah ko…amik! but actually mine is not that bad, takde kesan pun cuma kesan lemak yang kurus buncit kurus buncit yer.

aku dok lah cerita setiap session aku kan, but i still x reveal apa yang aku dah capai dari treatments nih. alo sapa ke yang cakap kat comment entry sblm nih kata takdak perubahan. hish ko. i didnt say a word ko dah jadi spokesperson akak pulak hek. mestilah ada perubahan ehehhehe

tapi tunggulah kita concentrate dulu ngan semua treatments, the best result mestilah come to the end part.

berat saya ada turun sekilog yes for sure, which is after 2 sessions. session sebelum ni as pemanas dulu, so now this week kita all out buat. makanya………let s wait for the final result later on yeah.

ye sapa yang tanya2 pasal MFB, yes i m fully sponsored by them to make me slim down 🙂 so yday i had half of nasi putih for my lunch, and 1 pc of rendang ayam sahaja. that s the last meal, lepas tu air suam je yang masuk kat tekak aku till nite. actually u can makan buah ke petang2 or anything lah tapi must be during the day. cut off everything at nite.  kalo ko tak makan langsung any sweets lagi senang turun. but i cant go and do drastically lar. some more aku jenis black coffee nya type. but at least my 1 big tumbler of black coffee dah reduce to half tumbler.

lepas 1 april memang langsung takdak kopi, that s how i work on my dietary gak.

at nite, aku tak makan at all, some more my session wt Marie France Bodyline abihpun waktu malam, i just had my ginger tea given by MFB and that s bout it. i keep my life busy at nite as usual, after kids tidur, aku blogging all nite long so my mind dont work and think bout food at all.

Search my Marie France Bodyline stories over this label. We will go for the 6th treatment very soon, i m so in love wt all of their sessions, the service and what they have provided me, i think korang should grab d chance too.
